Privacy Policy

This privacy policy describes what FreeBillOf.Sale collects, how it's used, and what we don't do.

What we collect

When you click Download PDF, Print, or Email PDF, your form contents are sent to our server. The server uses them to render the PDF and is otherwise stateless — we do not log the bill contents, do not write them to any database, and do not retain them after the request ends.

For the Email path only, your IP address is held in a short-lived rate-limit counter. The counter expires automatically within one hour of your last submission. We use the IP to prevent abuse of our email-sending quota; we do not associate it with your bill data.

What we don't collect

We do not require an account, do not ask for your email address before letting you download, do not track you across visits, and do not sell or share your data with anyone outside the third-party services described below.

Your browser stores a draft of your last form contents in localStorage so a page refresh doesn't lose your work. That data lives on your machine; we never see it. The "Clear form" link wipes it.

Third-party services

• Cloudflare — hosts our static site and the API worker. Cloudflare sees standard request metadata (IP, user agent) for any HTTP request to the site.
• Cloudflare Turnstile — runs a bot-check before sending email. It loads only when you open the Email panel, not on page load.
• Resend — delivers the email when you click Send. We share your recipient address(es) and the rendered PDF with Resend solely so they can deliver the message.
• Google AdSense — serves the ads on this page. AdSense uses cookies and other tracking technologies to deliver and measure ads. See Google's ads policy for details. You can opt out of personalized ads at adssettings.google.com.
• Google Fonts — serves the JetBrains Mono webfont.

Cookies

FreeBillOf.Sale itself does not set any cookies. Cookies on this page come exclusively from AdSense and (when used) Turnstile.
